2/3/10. Looks like we are in for more Winter.  Love this Nebraska weather. In August we will be
looking forward to snow. The Real Estate market is really heating up. It looks like this could be a
very good year. I hope we can continue the momentum after the stimulus package expires.
Remember you have to have a home under contract before May 1st ,and closed before July 1st.
First time buyers get up to $8,000.00, and move up buyers get up to $6,500.00. Interest rates are
